SHIPPING DETAILS
We ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, for delivery on Tuesday through Friday. To ensure you get the freshest cheesecake possible, we do not ship over the weekend. Orders received after 12:00 PM on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday. We ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 States).
LAURA’S GUARANTEE
Your handmade gourmet cheesecake will be shipped in our custom packaging with 32 oz of frozen gel packs for 10″ cakes and 24 oz of frozen gel packs for 7″ cakes. We guarantee our packaging will keep your cheesecake fresh and in excellent condition for 72 hours! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will send you a new cake or refund your money immediately.
DELIVERY GUARANTEE
Delivery is guaranteed only if the address provided is complete, correct and delivery can be made on the first attempt. To ensure delivery on the first attempt, please provide a daytime address where someone will be available to pick-up the cheesecake within 8 hours. All businesses must have company name, suite and/or building numbers. Laura’s Cheesecake cannot be held responsible for items that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address. A $25 charge will be incurred by the sender for any address changes or corrections billed to us by our shipper.
